Amritsar College of Engineering and Technology (ACET) is a sovereign institute established in 2002. The college is allied with IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, which is located at Jalandhar. ACET NAAC has also accredited the institute with an 'A' grade.
The institution campus is spread over an area of 11 acres, with more than 225 faculty members. The candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria as completion of the 10th standard or +2 from a recognized board. Also, a bachelor's degree from a recognized university for admission.
