EXCELENCIA GLOBAL is a training institute approved as an education partner by the Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (IIQS) & STED Council to impart specialized teaching in the following field based on national & international practice. Certificates shall be issued by Excelencia Global (the company), IIQS (Indian Institute Of Quantity Surveyor) & STED Council to students who have successfully complete the education program:

The purpose of the program is to create Cost and Contract Specialists who can reshape the Indian Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and architecture Industry with an ethical and accountable approach.

This course consists of the following four modules:

<li>Module 1: Quantity Surveying fundamentals</li>

<li>Module 2: Quantification &amp; Costing</li>

<li>Module 3: Procurement &amp; E tendering.</li>

<li>Module 4: Contract Management fundamentals</li>

</ol>

<strong>CONTENT OF COURSE:</strong>

<ol>

<li>Videos of above-mentioned Modules (1 to 3) in USB: <strong>10 hrs</strong></li>

<li>Hard copy of each module (2 hrs. each) : <strong>08 hrs</strong></li>

<li>Copy of reference books for each module (10hrs each) : <strong>40 hrs</strong></li>

<li>One assignment for each module ( 6 hrs each) : <strong>24 hrs</strong></li>

<li>Live video conferencing for module explanation and Q/A sessions (2hrs per module): <strong>8 hrs</strong></li>

<li><strong>TOTAL COURSE HOURS: 90</strong></li>

Duration: 3-4 months.

Course fee: Rs 20000.

Can be paid in two installments of 10000 each
