The training session was very helpful and trainer's efforts at giving solution are appreciated. Good customer service and they provided post-training support which is like an added advantage to the benefits of taking any training there. •Pros"Training objectives delivered" I completed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt credential training from Graspskills. Wonderful experience, a really good mixture of theoretical and practical learning. The entire syllabus was excellently delivered and each aspect was clearly explained. The trainer was very informative and knowledgeable and altogether a good mixture of learning activities.

I had fun and learnt the best in an instructor-led environment. The trainer was simply amazing, had the ability and could easily draw examples and exercises from real life experiences, making the class experimental and entertaining. •ProsI think, all the participants received equal attention. Fantastic organized and cleared theoretical and practical concepts and the classroom setup as well. The trainer helped us throughout the three days session. A bit tiring but is an approach to professionalism, got additional knowledge of using MS-Excel too from the trainer who had plenty of ideas and knowledge. I struggle to get engaged in the classroom session, hardly a few times I find classroom sessions engaging, and here the exercise was not just a step by step guide hence I found it engaging and up to market standard.

Graspskills have been on good terms with me from more than a year. Though it was a little complicated before, for me to deal with them, I now find Graspskills factual and forthright. I am a SAFe training instructor and collaborated with Graspskills towards the end of 2017. I have experienced conducting workshops beyond expectations. Graspskills review all the facilities available on the venue and all the facilities are great to experience. There were some technical problems initially when the online course began ut the support team was quick to resolve the issue. Also, I was not sure about how I would be able to attend the course after a tiring day at work but the instructor impressed me.
