PMP® Certification Exam Preparatory Program is conducted for 4 days at SPJIMR institute campus, Mumbai. We provide training for PMP® exam and this course fulfills the requirement of 35 hours of contact training. We at SPJIMR, will award you with Certificate of Attendance.

·  To apply for the PMP ®, you need to have either : –

·         A four-year degree (bachelor’s or the global equivalent) and at least three years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education. OR

·         A secondary diploma (high school or the global equivalent) with at least five years of project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.

The program objectives of PMP® are as follows

•      Creating internal expertise in the domain of Project Management by providing candidates with the knowledge needed to be professionals

•      Helping candidates attain the highly accredited Project Management Professional (PMP) ®

•      Establish a global framework based on understanding of Project Management terms and concepts

•      Understand the purpose, inputs, outputs and tools and techniques of Project Management processes and knowledge areas

The approach of the Program is as follows : –

a) 4 days program with approx. 7 faculty with an average experience of 15 years in the Project Management area.

b) Classroom Sessions, Study Material, Articles, Cases & PMBOK 5th Edition Guide would be provided to all the participants.

c) Lunch, Tea, Snacks arrangements for all the participants.

d) Participation Certificate from SPJIMR

e) Online exam, quizzes after end of every module.
